We pride ourselves on our small class sized and community feel. Each teacher has their own unique style, try them all to find the perfect fit for your practice.

Yoga is about much more than just moving your body.  It is about the connection of movement and breath this combination takes the practice from being purely physical to both a physical and mental one.  We are all busy, at YOD we are so grateful to spend time with members of our community and guide you through your practice. 

As with any type of physical activity it is important that you move at your own pace and take modifications when necessary.  Only you know what is best for your body, and you have the right to take breaks, take modifications (up or down) to make your practice what you need.  We just ask that you are mindful of others who are also in the space.

Things to keep in mind, we are a small studio 20 students max per class, it is our goal to serve you as best we can.  It’s always a good idea to sign up online, and arrive a few minutes before class starts so that we can start and end on time.  If you have any comments or feedback we are always open to listen!
