Experience:13 years of yoga experience both internationally and locally
Hometown: Davidson, NC When did you fall in love with yoga? I’ve fallen in love with yoga on many occasions! The first time I realized it needed to be a part of my life was while I was teaching English in Korea. I went there on an adventure and had many ups and downs… I didn’t speak the language but quickly realized it didn’t matter where I was practicing… yoga is universal, and yoga is me time J. On weekends you can be found: Working on another house project and spending time outdoors with my husband. You can also catch me eating brunch in town and having a mimosa or two. Favorite time of day to get your practice in? Warning: I am not a morning person. I love to practice yoga at the end of the day… it’s a great way for me to wind down each day. There is so much to be grateful for and practicing always reminds me of how lucky we all really are. Weirdest place you've ever practiced at: I climbed Mt. Fuji 7 years ago… I loved waking up and practicing with the sunrise. Personal mantra... Do what makes you happy… Spend time with those you love. Life is too short – eat good food, drink great wine, and yoga on!
